Our students will be participating in an exciting adventure program during PE and/or Specials.

This event is open to all students in grades K - 5.

If your student is in 4th or 5th grade please read the note below about registration.

One Session: $20 | Two Sessions: $25

Vehicle For Change is a non-profit organization whose mission is to teach principle-centered leadership skills.

The goal of these games is to promote Team Work, Self Confidence, Fitness and FUN! This event takes place at school during the school day. This will be a very active day. Make sure to dress comfortably.

Kids will need tennis shoes (enclosed shoes) for the climbing activities. This event operates rain or shine (we will reschedule activities for severe weather).

Important Note:

Students in 4th & 5th Grade who have registered on promisethon.org and have reached at least half of their goal, DO NOT need to register here. They will receive a 2-day pass to participate in the event.

4th and 5th graders are participating in a special character education event called Promisethon. They all received a Promise Passport with character lessons and a login to track their promises and fundraising goal. See sample booklet here

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Vehicle For Change provides Character Education and Adventure Programs for in-school field trips and events. These activities may include inflatable games and rock climbing. Not all school programs include these activities. Please refer to your school's program flyer for detailed program information.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in Vehicle for Change Programs, related events and activities (hereafter called the Program), I the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

I, the undersigned, as parent/legal guardian of the below named child, consent to his/her participation in the adventure programs operated by Vehicle For Change. I further agree that in consideration of the acceptance of my child’s participation, I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and as parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assignees, do hereby release and discharge Vehicle For Change, the school or organization listed herein, and all volunteers, support staff, sponsors and employees from any and all claims, damages, demands and causes of action arising from or out of my child’s participation in this program.
I do attest and verify that my child is physically fit to participate in strenuous physical exercise. My child and I are aware that participation in activities such as the high ropes course, team building challenges, climbing wall, and/or other adventure activities are potentially hazardous. Potential risks include, but are not limited to falls, contact with wall. Such risks to my child are known and understood by me.
I agree that my child will abide by the direction and instruction of the Vehicle For Change staff during his/her participation on the high ropes course, team building challenges, climbing wall, and/or other adventure activities.
I agree that any film or photographs of me/us, as participants, become your property and may be used for promotional purposes.
